Central One Dubai Properties is looking for a skilled and motivated
Civil Engineer
to join our growing team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Multi-Project Handling Ability Strong Experience in the Execution of Projects Ability to work independently. Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and progress reports. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure timely project completion. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and design specifications. Manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in property development or construction projects. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
