Job Title:

Civil Engineer Construction & Home Automation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a

proactive, adaptable Civil Engineer

capable of handling

end-to-end responsibilities across construction, home automation coordination, site execution, and office operations

. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, flexible, and able to manage multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise

construction projects

from foundation to handover Coordinate civil works with

home automation, ELV, MEP, and finishing teams

Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for villas Handle

WIR/MIR submissions and approvals

, maintain quality checklists, and ensure proper documentation Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards Implement QA/QC procedures for civil, finishing, and automation-related works Manage on-site labor, subcontractors, vendors, and automation contractors to ensure smooth workflow Monitor

Daily Work Management (DWM)

, productivity, and revenue performance Prepare site reports, measurements, progress updates, and coordination documents Use

PlanGrid or similar software

for documentation, tracking, and coordination

Flexibly handle all assigned responsibilities

, including site supervision, office coordination, quantity take-offs, documentation, client coordination, and any additional tasks required for successful project delivery

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of

home automation systems

and site coordination requirements Experience in quantity surveying, measurements, and material control Ability to multitask across civil, finishing, and automation coordination Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of handling responsibilities independently

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering UAE construction experience preferred

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
