We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and manage construction projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines and budgets. Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues. Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and maintain documentation of construction activities. Assist in procurement of materials and ensure quality control of construction work.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management. Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural design. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in project management and site supervision. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and modern construction technologies.
