Job Description
Summary:
The role involves overseeing and coordinating civil works for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while effectively coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements related to fit-out works Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders Assist in planning and procurement of materials and required resources Supervise and inspect all civil works related to fit-out projects, including partitions, raised flooring, false ceilings, finishes, and minor structural modifications Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular reports for project managers Identify, coordinate, and resolve site-related issues, technical challenges, and conflicts with existing structures
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in civil works (fit-out experience preferred)Arabic language
skills preferred ValidUAE Driving License
