operating under a unified corporate umbrella, is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with UAE experience and a valid Dubai Municipality Certificate. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing site activities, performing under pressure, and ensuring projects are executed with precision and delivered within established timelines.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage civil works at project sites Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines Prepare and review drawings, method statements, and site reports Ensure materials and workmanship meet approved specifications Identify and resolve site issues efficiently Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 3-5 years of UAE experience in a similar role Valid Dubai Municipality Certificate (mandatory) Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong personality with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills
