Job Description
We are seeking a
Dubai Municipality exam-approved Civil Engineer
withhands-on experience in G+2 buildings
. The candidate will be responsible forsite execution, structural coordination, quality control, and compliance with Dubai local authority regulations
.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise
construction of G+2 residential/commercial buildings
Ensure work execution as perapproved drawings and DM regulations
Coordinate witharchitects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
ManageRCC works
(footings, columns, beams, slabs) Conductsite inspections
and resolve technical issues Ensurequality, safety, and timelines
are maintained HandleDubai Municipality inspections and approvals
Preparesite reports, progress updates, and material approvals
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
Dubai Municipality Exam Approved
2
-5 years' experience
in G+2 building projects in DubaiStrong knowledge of
RCC structures and site execution
Familiar with
Dubai Building Codes, DM regulations, and inspection procedures
Good coordination and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
