Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and manage civil maintenance works for residential and commercial buildings. Conduct site inspections to identify structural and finishing issues. Prepare work schedules, material requirements, and method statements. Supervise foremen and ensure quality of work as per standards. Coordinate with MEP teams for combined maintenance activities. Handle client complaints related to civil works and provide solutions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures. Prepare reports, estimates, and maintenance records. Support cost control and material planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in building maintenance. Good knowledge of civil repair, waterproofing, and finishing works. Ability to read drawings and prepare reports. Good communication and coordination skills. UAE Driving License will be an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
