Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Civil Engineer

with

5+ years of professional experience

and valid

Dubai Municipality (DM) approval

. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management abilities, and hands-on experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civil engineering works for ongoing and upcoming projects Prepare, review, and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and project specifications Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting Support in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling Identify risks and propose engineering solutions to maintain project timelines and quality

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's is a plus)

Minimum 5 years of experience

in civil engineering within the UAE

Dubai Municipality-approved Civil Engineer

(valid registration required) Strong understanding of UAE construction codes and regulations Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related engineering software Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience with infrastructure, roads, or building projects Knowledge of DEWA, RTA, and other authority requirements Project management certification (PMP) is an advantage

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
