Job Description
We are urgently in need for a highly skilled and motivated Structural / Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures and ensuring their safety and stability. You will work closely with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop cost-effective and efficient designs.
Responsibilities
:Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards. Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop integrated designs. Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors. Knowledgeable in the approvals of Villas Renovation -
Emaar, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Nakheel Properties & DM, DDA, DCD, Trakhees Authorities etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Villa Renovations. Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can join immediately
