ElevateHub is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their engineering career in a practical, hands-on environment. You will support project planning, site supervision, documentation, and coordination under the guidance of senior engineers.Key Responsibilities
Assist in site supervision, project monitoring, and daily construction activities. Support senior engineers in preparing drawings, plans, and reports. Conduct site inspections, material checks, and quality control tasks. Coordinate between site team, suppliers, and subcontractors. Assist in estimating, BOQs, and preparing technical documents. Ensure all site works comply with safety standards and project specifications. Maintain accurate documentation for site progress and project updates. Learn ElevateHub's project procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience. Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and any engineering software is an advantage. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions. Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career.
