Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Civil Engineer

to join our interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate must have a

minimum of 5 years UAE experience

, specifically in

interior fit-out, renovations, and small-scale structural works

, and must hold a valid

Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 License

and

UAE driving license

.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage interior fit-out and renovation projects from start to completion. Conduct site inspections, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure quality execution according to drawings and specifications. Prepare and modify structural drawings, method statements, and technical reports as required. Coordinate with DM and other authorities for permits, approvals, inspections, and compliance. Ensure proper implementation of civil and structural elements in joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and MEP coordination. Monitor project progress, timelines, material requirements, and site safety. Provide engineering solutions and manage any technical challenges on site. Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to maintain high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

, preferably within

interior fit-out or renovation projects

.

DM G+1 Certification

is mandatory. Valid

UAE driving license

. Strong understanding of local building codes, DM regulations, and authority approval procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software. Strong communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
