Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a strong background in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE, specifically in Dubai, focusing on residential villas & G+4 residential Buildings. The candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the construction of villas according to approved plans and specifications.
2. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.
3. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, Project manager , management and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
5. Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.
6. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
7. Address any technical issues that arise during the construction process.
8. Implement safety and quality control measures on-site.

9. Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the clients and completion of the necessary rectification works, per the project specification.
10. To check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
11. To provide data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
12. To provide measurement and valuation in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate.

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
other requirements

civil engineer: 2 years (Preferred) Residential Villa: 2 years (Preferred) UAE Driving License not mandatory, it will be an advantage. SOE & DM Certification not mandatory will be an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
