We are seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Engineer to assist in overseeing and controlling civil works for ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction management, site supervision, and quality control of civil engineering works.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising and coordinating civil works across multiple projects. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues on-site. Prepare and review reports, progress updates, and documentation related to civil works. Support the implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and safety. Ensure adherence to local regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, or site management. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards. Proficiency in project management and civil design software is a plus (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.). Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
