RIGID GROUP is seeking a qualified and motivated

Civil Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects within the UAE, hold a valid UAE driving license, and be Dubai Municipality (DM) registered. The role involves supervising, coordinating, and ensuring timely and quality completion of civil works in line with company and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute civil engineering works as per project specifications and standards.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare daily site reports, material requests, and progress updates.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and BOQs.
Ensure all construction activities are performed within the approved budget and schedule.
Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for project approvals and inspections.
Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
3-4 years of experience in civil/construction projects (preferably in the UAE).
Dubai Municipality (DM) registered Civil Engineer - mandatory.
Valid UAE Driving License - mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, materials, and safety regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
