Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

with proven experience in

interior fit-out projects

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project timelines and budgets. A

valid driving license

is required as the role involves frequent site visits and coordination across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor

fit-out and finishing works

in accordance with project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved plans. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, material requests, and as-built drawings. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly. Supervise and guide site engineers, foremen, and laborers. Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, health, and safety standards. Attend meetings with clients and project stakeholders as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

or related field

3 years

of experience in civil engineering, with

interior fit-out projects

experience Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing details. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software

. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Ability to travel frequently between project sites.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects

. Knowledge of

MEP coordination

during fit-out works. Familiarity with

local building codes and authority approvals

. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
