Prime Land Technical Works is a growing Dubai-based company specializing in civil construction, interiors, MEP, and landscaping. We are committed to delivering precision, quality, and innovation across all our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction and ensure quality control at all stages. Prepare and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Use
AutoCAD and related design software
to create and modify site and structural drawings. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and the engineering team. Verify material quantities and ensure timely project delivery. Review drawings to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards. Monitor project progress, site manpower, and safety compliance. Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (UAE attested).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation is a must.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, site execution, and finishing work. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Salary:
Based on experience and performance.Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,750.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
