We are seeking an experienced

Civil Engineer

with strong knowledge of UAE government construction laws, regulations, and standards. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in contract preparation, writing, and management. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects in compliance with UAE government regulations. Ensure that all projects meet local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. Manage and review project contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Coordinate with contractors, clients, and government bodies to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. Prepare reports, budgets, and schedules for project management and progress tracking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 1+ years of experience in civil engineering, with knowledge of UAE government laws and construction regulations. Strong understanding of UAE building codes, permits, and legal procedures. Proven experience in writing, reviewing, and managing contracts. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the UAE.
