'Dubai Municipality Certified Civil Engineer'

:

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in Villa and Building construction in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all phases of the construction process, overseeing the successful completion of projects from initial planning and design through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

detailed technical drawings

using Civil 3D Create detailed drawings and layouts fo projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates Handling of Authorities like DM,DCD,DDA and all local authorities Develop detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. Preparation of Detailed Drawing under the guidance of PM Prepare the shop drawing for submission to the consultant. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings, specifications, and other project documents. Review and verify subcontractor and supplier quotations against BOQ. Familiar with Dubai Municipality site inspections and documentation Knowledge of 2d & 3d AutoCAD, Revit,3Dsmax,Skechup and other design software

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Dubai Municipality Engineering License

Vaild Driving license. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 yrs experience in villa and building construction within the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, materials, and methodologies. Exceptional project management, leadership, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

UAE driving license preferred.
