'Dubai Municipality Certified Civil Engineer'

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in Villa and Building construction in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all phases of the construction process, overseeing the successful completion of projects from initial planning and design through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans. Ensure strict adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks. Supervise and manage on-site construction activities and project teams. Enforce compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve issues as they arise. Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the construction process in the UAE, including familiarity with local regulations, building materials, and construction methodologies. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to successfully manage projects and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Dubai Municipality Engineering License G+4 or Above

Vaild Driving license. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 yrs experience in villa and building construction within the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, materials, and methodologies. Exceptional project management, leadership, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

UAE driving license preferred.

Employment Visa, Medical Insurance, Accommodation and Transportation will be provided by the company.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
