About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site supervision, and excellent coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation Preparation:

Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on project drawings and requirements.

Drawing Management:

Prepare 2D technical drawings; coordinate with draftsmen for 3D drawings with proper site coordinates.

Client Interaction:

Attend meetings, provide updates, and deliver technical support to clients.

Authority Documentation:

Prepare and manage documents for required approvals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Approval Coordination:

Handle project approvals from developers and relevant authorities.

Site Supervision:

Conduct routine site visits, monitor progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and resolve site-related issues.

Gate Pass & Site Access:

Apply for and manage site access permits.

Material BOQ:

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for procurement of construction materials.

Mobility:

Conduct mandatory site visits; valid driving license is an advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Registered with the

Society of Engineers

. Strong knowledge of approval and documentation procedures. Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
