Civil Engineer
Job Description
HQHC is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong experience in Dubai Municipality (DM) submissions and site supervision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling design approvals, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring compliance with DM regulations. The role also involves overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and managing on-site works.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit drawings/documents to DM and other authorities for approval.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government bodies to ensure timely approvals.
Supervise site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards.
Prepare progress reports and resolve technical/site issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
6-8 years of experience in civil engineering, with focus on DM submissions and site supervision.
Valid Dubai Municipality license.
Strong knowledge of DM regulations, building codes, and approval processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
