or above

Certified Civil Engineer

who is both technically strong and business-savvy. This is a leadership role that goes beyond engineering--you will manage complete project lifecycles and contribute to business development and strategic company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage all phases of civil construction projects - from planning and execution to approvals and handover. Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and G+2 construction standards. Oversee site execution, resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and government liaison. Handle documentation, material and inspection approvals, and quality control. Take full responsibility for project delivery, timelines, and site productivity. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, attend client meetings and site visits, and support tender preparation. Provide market insights and practical suggestions to support company expansion.

Requirements

Valid G+2 license

from Dubai Municipality. Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

managing civil construction projects independently. Strong leadership and project ownership skills. In-depth knowledge of construction workflows, regulations, and quality standards. Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently without micromanagement. Strong communication skills for both internal coordination and client interactions.
