About the Role:

San Juan Engineering is seeking a skilled

Civil Engineer

to join our team as a

Site Engineer

, specializing in

Interior Fit-Out projects

with a strong background in

landscaping and swimming pools

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience and the technical expertise to manage, coordinate, and execute high-end fit-out projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out, landscaping, and swimming pool projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and design layouts. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards. Prepare site reports, schedules, and progress updates for management. Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues and improve workflow. Ensure that all civil works are completed as per project specifications and within deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in

interior fit-out projects

, with a focus on

landscaping and swimming pools

. Minimum 2 years of site engineering experience in a relevant role. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
