Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation
Prepare detailed
Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
at various stages of the project. Create accuratecost estimates
and material take-offs for tenders and project execution. Coordinate with quantity surveyors and procurement teams to ensure cost control and effective budgeting.2. Site Operations Management
Supervise and manage all on-site activities to ensure construction and fit-out projects are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
3. Paperwork and Documentation
Manage all project-related documentation, including permits, contracts, and compliance records. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records.
4. Team Management
Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of technicians and laborers. Allocate tasks based on team members' skills and experience to ensure high-quality performance and efficient workflow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
