Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional License:
In many jurisdictions, licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required to oversee projects and sign off on designs.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D), knowledge of design standards and codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE), and understanding of construction processes.
