Civil Engineer (G+1 Dubai Municipality Approved)
We are seeking a highly skilled and Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Approved Civil Engineer with proven experience in villa construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects--from planning to execution while ensuring full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage villa construction sites, ensuring quality execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and review structural designs, BOQs, and shop drawings in compliance with DM G+1 guidelines.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
Ensure full adherence to Dubai Municipality codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Liaise with clients to communicate progress and provide technical support.
Manage construction documentation, progress reports, and site records.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (accredited university).
Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer Approval (mandatory).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dubai, specifically in villa construction.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, DM procedures, and authority approvals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
