Part-Time Civil Engineer (Procurement & Coordination)
We are seeking a
part-time Civil Engineer
to support our projects by coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:
Contact subcontractors and suppliers to request quotations and offers. Review and compare quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements. Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely responses. Send project details and technical requirements for accurate proposals.
Scope of Work:
Subcontractors
: Gypsum, AC, landscaping, smart home systems, swimming pools.Suppliers
: Sanitaryware, tiles, marble, wash basins, lighting, handrails, indoor & external doors, gates, furniture, wallpaper.Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in dealing with contractors and suppliers is an advantage. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple quotations at once.
