Civil Engineer
Job Description
1)Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
2)Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance; coordinate with site teams.
3)Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory requirements.
4)Manage permit applications, inspections, and approvals with authorities.
5)Review structural and architectural drawings to resolve technical and safety issues.
6)Implement quality control measures and enforce HSE policies on site.
7)Maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
8)Monitor and manage resources including materials, manpower, and equipment.
9)Coordinate procurement of site-related materials as needed.
10)Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and authorities; attend project meetings.
Requirements:
Education
: Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringLicense
: Valid G+4 Dubai Municipality Engineer License.Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Dubai building constructionJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
