Civil Engineer (7 positions)

I. Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related majors. At least 5 years of experience in construction site management, of which 4 engineers must have relevant experience in pile foundation construction (such as bored piles, secant piles, prestressed piles, etc.). Familiar with UAE local building codes, engineering quality and safety standards, and knowledgeable about relevant government approval processes. Capable of drawing review, construction organization, schedule control, and quality & safety management. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, project management software, etc. Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate smoothly with consultants, supervisors, and clients. Preference will be given to candidates with UAE engineer registration or eligibility for registration (such as Society of Engineers - UAE). Strong team spirit and organizational & coordination skills, able to adapt to site conditions and high-pressure work pace.

II. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising civil works on site to ensure project quality, progress, and safety. Review construction drawings, propose optimization solutions, and resolve site construction issues. Provide technical support and management for civil works such as surveying, setting-out, concrete, rebar, formwork, masonry, etc. Take charge of technical control and quality supervision of pile foundation-related works (for engineers with pile foundation experience). Assist the project manager in preparing progress schedules, construction schemes, and material plans. Coordinate communication and reporting with consultants, supervisors, and clients.

III. Compensation

: AED 8,000-12,000/month (depending on work capability and possession of relevant registration qualifications).
