Job Description
Perform detailed
quantity takeoffs
for civil, structural, and architectural works from engineering drawings (CAD/PDF). Review and interpret project specifications, BOQs, and tender documents. Prepare quantity sheets for pricing, procurement, and cost control purposes. Coordinate with the estimation, procurement, and planning teams to ensure consistency and accuracy. Update quantity takeoff sheets based on revised drawings and design changes. Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise technical queries (RFI) when required. Support the tendering process with timely and accurate quantity submissions. Maintain organized records and logs for quantity calculations and revisions.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and methods. Proficient in
AutoCAD
,Planswift
,MS Excel
