Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Licensed Civil Engineer with proven experience in

landscaping works and swimming pool construction

. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, design, and execution, ensuring high-quality standards, compliance with safety regulations, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and supervise landscaping and swimming pool construction projects. Prepare project drawings, BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure design feasibility. Oversee site execution, including excavation, structural works, waterproofing, MEP integration, and finishing works. Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project timelines. Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers for smooth workflow. Inspect and approve construction materials and methods as per industry standards. Provide technical solutions to resolve site-related issues and challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with G+1

Proven experience in

swimming pool construction and landscaping projects

. Strong knowledge of structural design, waterproofing, finishes, and MEP coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines. Having a

driving license here in UAE have the advantage.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience. Previous work in residential, commercial, or luxury villa projects. Familiarity with

hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and pool systems
