Civil Engineer
Job Description
We are hiring a Civil Engineer (Turnkey Project Coordinator) with strong UAE experience in Interiors, Landscaping, Joinery, Pools, Aluminum & Glass works.
The Engineer will act as the main link between office teams (Marketing, Sales, Designers, Admin) and the site execution team, ensuring smooth workflow from concept to handover.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating between Marketing, Sales, Designers, and Site Teams.
Translating Mood Boards & Design Drawings into clear execution plans.
Preparing BOQs, managing subcontractors, and overseeing material procurement.
Supervising workers and ensuring quality execution on site.
Handling client communication and providing regular progress updates.
Requirements:
3-5 years UAE experience in interiors & landscaping.
Strong technical knowledge of materials, BOQ, subcontractors.
Leadership skills to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
