We are seeking a highly skilled
Civil Engineer
with10 years of total experience
, of which7-8 years must be in the UAE
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inrenovation and refurbishment projects
, construction management, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
renovation, refurbishment, and construction projects
from concept to completion. Review and approve project designs, drawings, and technical specifications. Supervise site activities, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth execution of projects. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly. Prepare project status reports, cost estimates, and progress updates. Ensure all work adheres to UAE standards, codes, and client requirements.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
or equivalent.10 years of professional experience
, with at least7-8 years of UAE-based experience
. Proven track record inrenovation and refurbishment
of residential and commercial properties. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other engineering software. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Employment Details
