Job Description
Responsibilities
Create detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD (floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings) Develop high-quality 3D visualizations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar Collaborate with engineers and project managers on technical designs Prepare drawings for building structures including foundations, floors, and walls Prepare shop drawings for consultant submission Produce layout and general arrangement drawings under PM guidance Maintain accurate drawing/document records and revisions Conduct actual site measurements when required Prepare routine/non-routine reports as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in civil drafting (preferably in the construction industry) Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage Familiarity with 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona rendering is a plus Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
