Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct site investigations and assessments to determine project feasibility and requirements. Develop detailed engineering plans, designs, and specifications for resort infrastructure projects. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project coordination and smooth execution. Monitor construction progress, inspect work quality, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Conduct regular site visits and provide technical guidance to construction teams. Resolve any engineering-related issues or challenges that may arise during the project. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in civil engineering practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects or resort development. Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, design standards, and construction methodologies. Proficient in utilizing engineering software and tools for precise design and comprehensive analysis. Demonstrated expertise in project management, ensuring efficient timelines and organized execution. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Adept at working harmoniously within a team environment to achieve shared goals. Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance.
