Civil Engineer

to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise civil works related to

residential and commercial fit-out projects

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and technical drawings. Ensure compliance with municipality regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Lead and manage on-site manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively. Provide accurate project updates, reports, and recommendations to management. Resolve technical issues on-site with proactive and practical solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in

fit-out projects

(residential & commercial). Valid

UAE Driving License

.

Dubai Municipality approval (minimum G+1 credential)

is mandatory. Strong market knowledge of materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and manpower sourcing. Excellent leadership, team management, and client management skills. Smart, proactive, and results-driven professional with a strong character. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
