Applicants must be residing in UAE Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 15-20 years of experience, with at least 10 years in the UAE in construction projects. Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.). Proven experience in high-rise buildings or civil works. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
