Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance, repair, and small-scale construction projects for residential and commercial properties. This role involves technical planning, site supervision, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee maintenance and repair works for civil structures. Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and recommend technical solutions. Supervise teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations. Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with procurement for material selection and ensure timely delivery. Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide technical advice. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and company standards. Resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution. Maintain proper project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or facilities management (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and construction practices. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license (must).
