Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the planning, design, and execution phases of construction projects, specifically focusing on high-rise buildings, infrastructure, and landscape developments.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and assessments to evaluate project requirements, constraints, and risks.
Develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and construction plans, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project objectives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to coordinate project activities and resolve technical issues.
Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and implement strategies to mitigate potential delays or obstacles.
Conduct quality assurance and quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and safety protocols.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior engineers and project team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities to communicate project updates, address concerns, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and permits.
Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
experience in civil engineering, specifically in construction, high-rise building projects, infrastructure, and landscape engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
Proficient in CAD software, project management tools, and other relevant engineering software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client/stakeholder management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations.
Supervisory experience.
