Job Description
We are seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer
to join our team in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity forfresh graduates
or candidates with up to2 years of local experience
in civil construction to grow their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities and coordinate with contractors and project managers. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project quality standards. Support in managing site resources including labor, materials, and equipment. Help resolve on-site technical and logistical challenges. Maintain accurate project records and contribute to progress reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of UAE experience preferred. Strong interest in site execution and project coordination. Good problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Familiarity with site safety and quality control practices is an advantage.
