Job Description
Responsibilities:
- overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish
- Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- To coordinate with in house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group.
- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
- Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget
- Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Handling of Authorities like DM,DCD,DDA and all local authorities.
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineer or Site Engineer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
- Minimum of 5 years plus previous experience in contracting building in UAE is required.
Immediate Joiners are preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
