Job Description

We are looking to hire a

Civil Engineer/ Project Coordinator

with 5+ years in Dubai.

Candidate must have STRONG knowledge in CIVIL, FITOUT, RENOVATIONS & MEP projects in Dubai (VILLA's, Flat's, Offices, Hotel Receptions, etc)

Description:

Develop detailed project plans outlining scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and others to facilitate project execution. Provide technical support and expertise to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance. Oversee the implementation of engineering standards and best practices. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to the project manager. Evaluate and approve change orders and ensure cost control measures are in place. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and assessments of work completed to guarantee compliance with project requirements. Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any quality issues. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project schedules, reports, and minutes from meetings. Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. Able to prepare estimation and costing for projects. Can bring subcontractors and execute the job independently. Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

Experience:

5+

years of experience in engineering/project management/civil/fitout Can attend and manage site meetings with (consultant, client, subcontractors) Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. High Level Proficiency in the AutoCAD, REVIT and other necessary Tools to support the Drafting. Strong knowledge of MEP, Civil, Fit Out, and Finishing processes The candidate must have UAE experience and be available in the UAE Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred Can bring his own subcontractors/suppliers teams.
