Job Description
We are looking for a
Dubai Municipality-approved Civil Engineer (G+1 or higher)
to lead and manage construction projects including G+1 villas and multi-storey buildings. The candidate must meet all the technical and regulatory requirements for handling building contracting licenses in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
Represent company as
qualified technical engineer
for DM classification Obtain and renewDubai Municipality G+1 or higher license
Supervise site activities and ensure construction compliance Coordinate with DM, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities Prepare engineering drawings, BOQs, and material submittals Oversee structural calculations and site execution plans Ensure adherence to UAE building regulations and safety codesRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
(attested by UAE MOFA)Dubai Municipality Approval - G+1 or above
(G+2, G+4, etc.) Minimum5 years UAE experience
in construction (including villas or buildings) Strong knowledge of DM systems, UAE codes, and permitting process Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, Primavera, or similar tools
Excellent communication, documentation, and site management skillsRequired Documents:
Attested engineering degree certificate Dubai Municipality G+1 or higher engineer approval certificate Passport copy, Emirates ID, and updated CV Experience certificates
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
