BAB ALFAN Building Contracting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building construction, site supervision, project management, and technical execution. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality construction solutions, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction activities on-site Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors Ensure site safety, quality control, and adherence to regulations Monitor project timelines and report progress to project managers Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Estimate materials, labor, and equipment needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry Proven track record in residential, commercial, or villa construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related tools Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
