Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer with at least 2year of GCC (UAE) experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a

Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Card

and be

registered with the Society of Engineers (UAE).

The candidate will be responsible for

preparing technical documentation, managing project drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, obtaining authority approvals, and supervising on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Quotation Preparation:

Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on project drawings and requirements.

2.

Drawing Management:

Prepare 2D technical drawings. Coordinate with draftsmen for the preparation of accurate 3D drawings with proper site coordinates.

3.

Client Interaction:

Attend client meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects. Provide timely updates and technical support as needed.

4.

Authority Documentation:

Prepare and manage documentation required for approvals from DDA, DM, DACC, and other relevant authorities. Ensure all submissions comply with UAE regulatory standards and are approved in a timely manner.

5.

Approval Coordination:

Take full responsibility for obtaining necessary project approvals from authorities including Emaar, Nakheel, DDA, DM, and DACC.

6.

Site Supervision:

Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Report and address any site-related issues in coordination with the team.

7.

Gate Pass & Site Access:

Apply for and manage gate pass issuance for all ongoing projects.

8.

Material BOQ:

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for procurement of construction materials.

9.

Mobility:

Site visits are a mandatory part of the job. A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering .

Minimum 2 year of experience in the UAE

in a civil engineering role.

Dubai Municipality G+1 Card holder

(must).

Society of Engineers (UAE) membership

(must). Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and approval processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/drafting tools. Good communication and organizational skills. UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
