Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Civil Engineer with a valid G+4 license from Dubai Municipality

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing site execution, coordinating with authorities, and delivering mid-rise (G+4) projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily civil and structural works on active construction sites Ensure work execution is aligned with approved drawings, project specs, and safety regulations Liaise with

Dubai Municipality

, consultants, and subcontractors for approvals and inspections Prepare method statements, work programs, and material submittals Conduct quality checks, respond to RFIs, and monitor corrective actions Submit progress reports, maintain documentation and update logs Assist in BOQ reviews, project scheduling, and estimation Ensure full compliance with

HSE

and project safety protocols

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering (attested)

Valid G+4 license

from Dubai Municipality (mandatory) Minimum

4-5 years UAE experience

on G+4 or similar mid-rise buildings

Member of Society of Engineers - UAE

Strong knowledge of civil codes, structural systems, and local authority requirements

UAE Driving License

Skills Required

AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Office, MS Project or Primavera Familiarity with ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro (advantageous) Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Strong site coordination, reporting, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple sites under pressure and tight deadlines
