Job Summary:
New Exclusive Decoration Design and Fit Out is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Civil Engineer with minimum 1+ year
hands-on experience in swimming pool, interior fit-out and extension works.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal design, project, and construction teams to align authority requirements with technical deliverables. Liaise with authority engineers, attend technical meetings, and manage resubmissions or clarifications as required. Maintain organized logs and trackers for all approval stages, including timelines, requirements, and correspondence. Supervise construction activities on site to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.+ Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering minimum 1+ year of similar experience Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and authority submission portals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Currently residing in UAE
Salary package: starts from AED 4,000 (depends on experience)
