Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified

Civil Engineer

with strong experience in

site civil works

and mandatory certification/approval from

Dubai Municipality

and

Trakhees

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing all on-site civil construction activities while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee execution of civil works at site including excavation, foundations, concrete, blockwork, drainage, and external works. Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure compliance and progress. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain all relevant documentation. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. Handle site-related technical issues and provide timely solutions. Attend inspections with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities. Liaise with safety officers to ensure compliance with HSE guidelines. Monitor material deliveries, manpower allocation, and work schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 3-5

years of UAE experience

in site civil work.

Certified/Approved Civil Engineer

by:

Dubai Municipality (DM)

Trakhees

Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and authority requirements. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management tools. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred:

Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
