We are looking General Civil Engineer, minimum 4 Years UAE Experienced. in small or medium type construction company or technical service co, interior fit out co, Facility management co, etc. working experience as all-rounder, minimum 4 year

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our small but dynamic team specializing in interior fit-out works and G+1 construction projects.

The ideal candidate, will be responsible for Making BOQ & Quote and Convincing Client and convert to Sails.

Managing site operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities.

Create high-quality 3D visualisations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Manage day-to-day site activities for both interior fit-out and G+1 projects. Coordinate with designers, MEP engineers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow. Monitor and report project progress, material delivery schedules, and manpower requirements.

Site Supervision

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Supervise structural and civil works, including masonry, concrete, and waterproofing. Monitor finishing works in interior fit-out projects such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, and joinery installation.

Authority Approvals & Documentation

Liaise with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defense, and other authorities for project approvals, inspections, and completions. Prepare and submit required documents for authority approvals including method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.

Procurement & Cost Control

Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials as per project requirements. Support estimation and quantity take-off processes from drawings and site visits. Monitor budget compliance and suggest cost-effective solutions.

Client & Consultant Coordination

Attend client and consultant meetings to resolve technical issues. Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure high standards of client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UAE, preferably in interior fit-out and G+1 construction. Valid UAE driving license is a must. Familiar with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and Civil Defense procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other drafting software. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona rendering is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
