Civil Engineer

to join our

technical and project management team

and play a critical role in the successful execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Role Overview

The

Civil Engineer

will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing construction activities from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering practices, a solid understanding of Dubai regulations, and hands-on experience in project execution, site supervision, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Experience in villa, low-rise, and renovation/modification projects is required.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review engineering designs, BOQs, material specifications, and technical reports

Supervise site works to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards

Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient execution

Ensure compliance with UAE civil and construction codes, regulations, and safety practices

Resolve technical issues on-site, provide corrective measures, and monitor progress

Manage inspections with authorities including Dubai Municipality, Trakheesi, and consultants

Monitor budgets, timelines, manpower allocation, and material requirements

Conduct quality assurance and control throughout all project phases

Maintain site documentation, project logs, and progress reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of relevant villa and building construction experience

At least 3 years of experience working in Dubai

Currently based in Dubai

(candidates outside of Dubai will not be considered)

Proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other engineering software

Sound knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval processes

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Valid UAE driving license preferred

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
